- Analysis of training needs: Our process involves the identification of a clear need for online learning by conducting industry research and working with your current providers. We will make recommendations on where E-Learning will and won’t work within your organization. We specialize in developing material that is completely tailored for individual organizational needs, adaptable to suit varying learner styles and updatable to accommodate future developments.
- Knowledge Transfer: Our experienced trainers then brainstorm ideas, transfer knowledge from your subject matter experts and/or existing material and create a content creation document which storyboards the learning objectives in detail.
- Sample Prototype: The development team informs a highly creative team to engage in producing a short prototype of animations and movies based on the agreed upon storyboard.
- Design and Development of Courseware: We creatively design the new content or redesign your existing plain text, presentations, video or HTML based courses into cost-effective, animated, updateable and translatable Flash and XML courseware ready for delivery online, managed and tracked though our Learning Management System.
- Evaluation and Delivery: We involve everyone in all stages of the process to ensure success and follow up with comprehensive evaluation which allows us to constantly track the content delivery with regard to accuracy and time.
- Learning Management System: We analyze the platform this course will be made available at – your existing LMS or ours, and ensure the content conforms to SCORM or AICC guidelines.
- Support - during and after delivery: We work with you even after ‘Delivery’ and ensure that you are thoroughly satisfied with our solutions – through our committed 24x7 support.
