Project Coordinator for Burr Ridge, IL

Description

Interacting with customer for understanding of Design intent, requirement and deliverables through the Work Flow Tool.
Collecting the inputs from the client through the Work Flow Tool.
Estimate the inputs and get approval from the client.
Downloading of input files from Work Flow Tool – online Data Transfer Tool between the customer and our company.
Check the availability of files in respective software.
Check the clarity of the given input file in case it is image or drawing or PDF file.
Check for any special instructions from customer. Preparation of detailed Spread sheet for the output files to be submitted to the client.
After completion of time Estimation the hours To be worked for the Task it is intimated to the Customer through the Work Flow Tool (Data Transfer Tool between the concerns
Ensuring consistent quality in all models by using CADIQ.
Maintain direct responsibility and direction for all team leads and functional and technical resources, tracking and recording all project reports and hours of the entire project lifecycle.

Working Hours : 40 hrs. week,
Requires : 5 Yrs of experience
Qualification : Bachelors Engineering or equivalent (foreign equivalent accepted)
