To facilitate the workflow process and to capture the design intent with teams working across multiple geographies, we have developed a state of the art web-based workflow tool. This tool is now being used by a multinational Customer with engineering sites in Brazil, Belgium, Italy, Poland, France, UK and USA. The tool allows an engineer anywhere in the world to upload work to an Caresoft engineer and all communication with regards to that particular project is housed in the workflow tool. The customer is able to track where Caresoft is in the delivery phase and there is total transparency for the Customer to Caresoft’s working information. Among several engineering service providers, Caresoft clearly has a superior advantage. As part of R and D, we will soon be incorporating the ability to communicate 3D geometry in this workflow tool. This will be the first of its kind for a services company
