Outsourcing and off-shoring has become the main course for Fortune 500 companies. As mid-market companies leverage these opportunities, Caresoft is well positioned to service these Customers. Domain Knowledge

We are not just an IT company using Cutting Edge technologies. Our roots are in different industries and when we need an application developed or a business process transitioned for a customer, we are able to draw on our own internal domain experts.

For example, recently, we needed a complex transmission designed for a European Customer. We were able to draw on the design capabilities of our foundry division that supplies castings for General Motors. Similarly, we needed technical publications authored for an equipment manufacturer and we were able to draw on service managers who work on this equipment every day.


Lower Attrition

Our operations in Europe and USA follow a global delivery model – where we have onsite coordinators who work with our offshore team in India. Caresoft’s Offshore Center is ideally located in two Tier 2 cities in Southern India; Coimbatore and Pollachi (Tamilnadu, India) offering competitive costs for business operations. Our brand has been able to attract and retain skilled talent from all over the country as Coimbatore is now emerging as the ‘most sought after’ IT hub in Southern India. This, in combination with the competitive benefit package that the company offers, has helped keep our attrition to as low as 5%. Lower attrition means permanence and stability of the employees within the company (and during the project lifecycle) resulting in our offering of experience, talent and cost savings directly to the Customers. Value Added Services

India is one of the fastest growing markets in the world and customers are leveraging us to enter and sell their products in these markets.

In 2007, one of our major Customers in the USA bagged a multi-million dollar deal to supply and install equipment in India. They used our expertise to import, transport and install the equipment at five different sites in India over 2,000 miles apart. Our project engineers spent over 40 man months helping this customer succeed in India. This has paved the way for several orders in India for this ABT customer.

Finally, Caresoft Global is a small company with 250 people but with access to the resources and knowledge of a big multinational with 11,000 people.
